How to connect to IEEE Journal

I'm not authorized to access IEEE journal. But what the heck!

I have to use any mean that I can. One of it is from my sister's account.

[10:56] en_sem: nak masuk ieee?
[10:56] Kak Lila: cuba access one ieee journal. e.g kalau google the paper title the list to nanti dia ada kata ieeexplore.....so once click situ user name and password akan dipromptkan
